We can offer one parking space (or two depending on availability) at the apartments free of charge.
If you arrive with other vehicles, parking is available very close by.

You can store your ski or snowboard equipment free of charge at WIDMANN-MOUNTAIN-SPORT at the vally station of our ski resort..
There is also a ski and bike room with heated boot racks on the ground floor of the apartment building.
There is enough space for all your ski and snowboard equipment as well as bicycles and prams...
What's more, you'll also find cleaning supplies for your hiking boots or cycling shoes here.

Located at the Fieberbrunn mountain railway's valley station, we not only offer specialist ski and bike rental but also provide everything that makes your holiday even more fun – and of course, all at EXCLUSIVE RATES FOR WIDMANN MOUNTAIN SPORT VIP GUESTS.

You can store any valuables in the apartment's safe.

On the day of arrival, the earliest handover of the apartment (check-in) is 4 p.m. The apartment must be returned (check-out) on the day of departure by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.

If you need your parking space a few hours longer on the day of departure or if you want to leave your luggage with us – please let us know.

Please note that the conclusion of an accommodation contract with HAUS WIDMANN SPORTS APPARTMENTS involves making a deposit payment. The amount of the deposit is 35% of the package price. The booking is only confirmed once we have received your deposit. The deposit is a partial payment of the agreed package price. The amount can be paid by bank transfer or in person by cash or card.

At the latest up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date, the accommodation contract can be terminated with no cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by a contract partner.

If you want to cancel the accommodation contract outside of the period mentioned above, please note that the following cancellation fees are due:
Up to 1 month before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price
Up to 1 week before the date of arrival 70% of the total package price
In the last week before the date of arrival 90% of the total package price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance

In accordance with Section 8.3 of the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006), the contractual partner is liable to the accommodation provider for any damage caused by them or their guests or other persons who accept services from the accommodation provider with the knowledge or will of the contractual partner.

Environmentally friendy heating technology
Our house is heated with a highly efficient wood heating system with wooden pellets - heat and hot water are generated in the cycle of nature: When wood is burned, only as much CO2 is released as a tree absorbs from the atmosphere during its growth. Heating with wood is therefore CO2-neutral and makes an important contribution to climate protection.

ONE CLEAN THING:
State-of-the-art combustion technology and energy efficiency make heat from wood an environmentally friendly alternative. We buy our wooden pellets from regional companies and feel good about it...
